FINISHED SIZE: Approximately 12” x 16”

180 yards of Super Bulky #6 weight yarn

US Size 13 needles - straight or circular (or size to obtain gauge)

12” x 16” pillow form

Felt in desired color (9” x 12”)

DMC embroidery floss (1/2 skein per pillow)

You will also need basic sewing and crafting supplies such as good quality scissors for cutting out felt letters.

SUPER BULKY #6 WEIGHT YARN:

I used Loops & Threads Cozy Wool (discontinued) in the color ‘Claret’ for the red pillow and ‘Granite’ for the gray pillows shown in the photos.

The pattern will also work well with many super bulky yarns including Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick and Lion Brand Re-Spun Thick & Quick.

GAUGE: 10 stitches and 13 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
