SUPER BULKY #6 WEIGHT YARN: 180 - 200 yards
YARN SUGGESTIONS:
This pattern will work well with many super bulky yarns in both solid and variegated colorways. However, I do not recommend chenille style yarns because the soft yarn does not have the stitch definition to show off the pattern.
Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick (80% Acrylic / 20% Wool) - I have used this yarn for many blanket projects including my Winter Dance blanket and Game Time blanket. For the ivory colored scarf, I used Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick super bulky weight yarn in the color 'Fisherman'. Great stitch definition. Shop: LionBrand.com.
Lion Brand Re-Spun Thick & Quick (100% recycled polyester) - This yarn is spun from recycled plastics. It’s surprisingly soft with fantastic stitch definition.
